Financial Perspectives of the EU 2007-2013
Financial Perspectives of the EU are actually the budget of the Union which could be also called programme budget because it is planned for a period of 7 years with strictly determined guidelines. Usually negotiating the sum of the budget, which is a percentage of the Gross net income of member states as contributions and engagements, is always a subject of serious disputes because of the numerous interests around it.
