The U.S. Embassy in Bulgaria gathered together wine connoisseurs at the Archaeological Museum in Sofia to try the taste of wines from California, the state of Washington and Oregon. euinside's team remained obsessed by a chardonnay, aged in oak barrels, soft to the palate, and provoking with unexpected flavour of smoked salmon.
